MEETING ROOMS
Community Rooms
When the community room and grounds are not scheduled for a library activity or program, they are available on an equitable basis to Woodford County government agencies and non-profit organizations/groups for civic, cultural, informational, or educational meetings or events. Children's organizations and groups may use the spaces as long as children are supervised by adults. Community rooms are available at both the Main Library and Midway Branch. Rooms can accommodate 15-50 people.
An application is required to reserve a community room. Download an application below and submit it to the corresponding Library location.
Study Rooms
Study Rooms can accommodate 4-6 people, and they do not require an application to reserve. When unreserved, study rooms are available daily on a first-come, first-serve basis. To reserve a study room, contact us at the Main Library at (859) 873-5191 or the Midway Branch at (859) 846-4014.
